Review on 24-inch Under Cabinet Lighting for Kitchen Closet - LED Cabinet Light with Motion Sensor for Wardrobe - Phonar (Cold White) - Plug-in Hardwired by Eric Fuego

The built in bottom light in my high power microwave has died of old age but the microwave itself continues to work perfectly. However, I quickly realized how much this light increased the efficiency of my workspace and the overall atmosphere of my kitchen. Rather than just replacing the microwave for light, I opted for an under cabinet mount. Not being a big fan of sticky tape I just relied on the included strip to hold the light in place while I attached two small screws to the overhead cabinet. Also, there was way too much power cord dangling for a 12" closet, but I solved the problem perfectly with the Command brand round cord clips. I followed the directions and cliped them to the bottom of the top cabinet along the outside edges every six inches and they work great for keeping excess cord out of sight. After a week with no problems I ordered a second light for the other side of the stove/microwave and it works fine too. I really appreciate the sensitivity of the on/off switch – especially when I don't want to make the mess even worse when I'm cooking or doing handicrafts. You can probably touch them with a clean knuckle or wrist if you need to turn them on or off. I like it. Some of you may object to seeing a black plug and a short length of cord going to an outlet, but I don't mind. these headlights and plan to buy a longer one soon for the 30-inch main cabin across the kitchen. When you order something, be sure to leave about 1-1/2 inches for the cable where it attaches to the bracket. In other words, you need 13.5 inches for a 12-inch device.
