Excellent backpack, especially at this price. I like it better than the Targus I'm replacing. good profile. I use it instead of a handbag. It has an elegant design. I'm petite and it doesn't overwhelm my body. It's very comfortable and appears to be well built. I like that there is a hard (but not too hard) plastic protector inside the drone bag. Protects my phone and Kindle. It has enough space for everything I need. I love that the padded lumbar support has a hidden pocket for my wallet and 2 mesh bottle holders. My Targus only had 1 and I usually carry a water bottle and a 20oz Contigo coffee mug. Now both hands are free. It competes surprisingly well with more expensive kits. There's no mention that it has a USB charging port, so you can buy a separate power bank to keep in your bag for unnecessary charging of your laptop and other devices. to take her for the night. or simply charge your laptop or device without a power adapter but keep it safe in your bag. The only *minor* downside is that the Targus shoulder straps flex a little more. It does, but it's not that comfortable (although it's not uncomfortable)
