This product has been my favorite for the last few years. The textured side does a great job of gently exfoliating and cleansing. BUT this last shipment was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The product has changed (also the packaging) and does NOT have the same peeling texture. It's like a wet paper napkin; a bit meaty. It is no different from other types of facial tissues that this brand makes. It feels like it's melting and dissolving. Will now have to look for another brand that suits my needs.
