Pros: It does its job well. It is very high quality and even has wheels. The lining can even be opened for washing. The muscles in my calves have been sore for years. It's all gone! It even lightened my varicose veins. The fold-down top targets the thighs. This feature alone is worth the extra money. I love it so much I regret when the 15 minute timer turns off automatically. Cons: It compresses so much that it sometimes hurts even on low settings. I have skinny legs. I have light bruises on my ankles. This can be a problem for people with thicker legs and feet. And the instructions say "do not use if you have cardiovascular disease". I would first check with your doctor. Although it has casters, it is very heavy. I gave it four stars instead of five because I ordered it in coffee and it's orange copper (which isn't even a choice). But a nice color nonetheless.
