Purchased following a glowing review of these headphones on a popular news and culture website, which featured them on sale. They're not advertised as noise-cancelling, but they do an excellent job of blocking out large amounts of background noise, allowing you to focus on your listening and other tasks. Sound quality is rich and encompassing - probably not the best, but a far cry from any in-ear headphones I've used in recent years. They're also quite comfortable on my ears and I tend to get a little too hot in the headphones most of the time, but I can use them for a long time. Best of all, the battery seems to last forever — seriously. And it doesn't quickly drain the device it's connected to via Bluetooth. Great, great purchase.
