I must have received a defective product because it does not fit my device. For some reason the EZCO buckle strap is too big for the Fitbit Inspire 2 (the other side of the strap worked fine). I tried all three pens that came with it and tried to attach them to either side of my device to no avail. Just to make sure it wasn't user error, I've attached and removed Fitbit branded straps a few times with no issues. In the end I had to give up because the EZCO strap started damaging the plastic on my Inspire 2. It should also be noted that I chose a color called lavender, but in real life it's much closer to pink.
