I've been in love with Mavala for years! To be precise, I've been using it since 2010. For those who want to grow long eyelashes, let me share my experience on why Mavala is better than other products. I've used Latisse, Vegamour, LeuLash, RapidLash, RevitalLash, whatever, I've probably tried them before. Latisse is expensive and requires a prescription (unless you buy it from a doctor's office you know). I used Latisse for almost six months and had to stop because it was too irritating. My eyes were red and dry and my long eyelashes didn't last very long and fell off easily. A friend of mine who used Latisse had hair growing near her eyes, near her ears, possibly because she rubbed her eyes after using it. Other eyelash serums or eyelash lengthening alternatives have different ingredients, but their application is more or less the same, with a simple applicator that looks like an eyeliner and can be applied to the eyelids once a day. Without getting into long discussions, a reminder: check the ingredients by googling them to be sure, and avoid some eyelash serums that can cause potentially dangerous side effects like eye irritation, hot flashes, iris discoloration, macular edema, and eye inflammation. . May cause allergies, especially in people with sensitive skin. Mavala is not a magic serum, it works slowly. When I used other serums, I sometimes got redness in my eyes and itching, or in the worst case my eyes became dry. Mawala does not cause such a problem. Works slowly so don't expect lashes to grow long overnight. While other serums can give you long lashes, Mavala gives you smarter lashes. I also found that my lashes don't fall out as quickly compared to other brands. I apply Mavala once a day after showering under the upper eyelids and eyebrows. Over the years, many people have complimented my thick eyebrows and eyelashes. Mawala did not irritate me. I'm a forgetful person, even if I forget to apply Mawala (especially when traveling, and sometimes I just forget) my lashes stay the same. Of course I use it again and again. By the way, if you have the patience to apply multiple coats and cover all the lashes with the serum (comb through completely), it will help grow longer lashes. In the beginning (first few years) I did this, but now I'm happy with the results and haven't engaged in hard work. My lashes are getting thicker in several rows, I can see it in a 5x magnifying mirror. To sum up, I love Mawala as it makes my lashes stronger and fuller without irritating my eyes. Produced in Switzerland. The reason I give it four stars is because the price increase is too big! I started shopping at Revain in 2012. I just checked the price, in 2012 it was only $15. Fast forward to recent years, $27.50 in 2019 and now $37 before tax! If you find this review helpful, please give me an encouraging "helpful pat on the back". Like you, we all depend on meaningful reviews to make purchasing decisions. Have fun shopping!
