I'm 2x better at most things but underwear and things like that have to be a little bigger because I'm round. It's 3X and the inner panty fits really well, I was surprised. They were purchased with a t-shirt for pool exercise therapy. I have used them, washed and line dried, I would not use a dryer just to protect the fabric. They don't weigh you down in the water, there's no cotton for that. Dressed modestly and comfortable in these shorts, I feel relieved to have found something that fits my needs, size and age.
