Holds up great. I use them every day for a week and they keep me great throughout the day. I have size 34DD. I wash off the lint overnight and let it air dry. (I don't sweat with them, so not sure how they hold up in these conditions.) Only gripe is that the adhesive peels off the silicone. I'm pretty sure they're not meant to be worn 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. But since they save me from neck pain from my bra I will keep replacing them.
