TOO SMALL in clothes

I read the reviews before ordering and they all said to take a size up. I'm usually short, 110 pounds and 32B tall. I ordered M and it was tiny! My arms could barely fit through and my chest was very tight. I don't like it enough to go back to L, but fair warning.
