This backpack is good, just not what I wanted or expected from the photos. I sent mine back for the following reasons: the USB cable wouldn't remove, it looked too bulky, and it wasn't white it was gray, had two open holes at the top where pins could fall out. However, this is a sturdy backpack at a good price. But if I ever wanted to wash this backpack, I wouldn't be able to throw it in the washing machine because I can't unplug the USB. This is a very spacious and large backpack, suitable for travel and very light. I sent it back because it didn't look exactly like the advertised photos. I would be happy if I wasn't such a small person.
