The ease-of use is excellent! Everything from creating dashboards/reports & data visualizations are intuitively easy with this toolkit (even if it's not as robust or feature rich compared to other tools). I wish they had more options when working within Excel itself - such as being able to copy formulas across sheets instead just copying them row by row which can be time consuming. Also would like some better integration into Office 365 so you don't have to download additional addin files etc., but overall very happy using these reports even though we're still learning how best to utilize each component available here. We've been provided access to important financial information via our finance team who previously were unable to provide us timely insights due to lack of relevant reporting capabilities.
