Size for toddlers.
I can't imagine this hat would fit a 14 year old, it runs small and honestly a size larger than a toddler hat. Both of my boys collect hats and this hat is not a standard youth size. My 8 year old had to put the hat on the last clasp to put it on his head and it didn't fit my 9 year old even with the clasps undone.
