Works great! I'm new to eyewear and the choice of frames at my new doctor's office was terrible. I chose the nicest plastic frames and after a couple of hours they got pretty uncomfortable. I changed their shape, but then they kept falling off my face as I looked down. With these non-slip pads, my glasses stay in place without slipping and they fit more comfortably around the sides and top of my ears. I'm not used to things that look like steering wheels that go behind the ear because they weren't necessary. Definitely worth the price.
