Not as bright as a real glass flash, but very versatile.
I wanted something for my UTV that I can use on foggy days in Michigan. The magnetic base is very strong. This thing won't even slip on a metal surface. That's convenient. With the switch on the cigarette lighter adapter, you can turn off the light and switch the flashing mode. I had a more expensive police strobe and it was much brighter. This is an LED so there is durability in exchange for lower lumens. It's visible during the day but not very bright in some modes. The 1 second dual strobe mode seems to be the brightest. For the price it was a good buy. Delivered fairly quickly despite the cheapest shipping option.
