Work well until you dip them in water!
These covers keep your feet dry when cycling in the rain. Unfortunately, if you go deep enough in the water to touch the flash, your shoes will get wet very quickly. 4 stars only because they are not completely waterproof - the material is there, the seams are not. I would recommend these for use when going through nothing more than a very shallow puddle. Find another product to dip your feet in water of any depth.
