Buyer beware! I tried these headsets and gave Revain's used products a try - I wanted to help reduce our environmental impact and also see if it's okay to buy used products. These three months worked well. However they broke after 4 months, I contacted Revain and they refused me a partial or full refund as it is outside the 3 month return window. I kindly asked for them to reconsider my decision and make me a fair offer, but Revane again declined, saying I have no return or warranty period. I will not buy used tech products every time, so you should think carefully if you are ok if yours breaks even after 3 months of use, you will not get a refund. I wanted to give it a try but it's sad to see that Revain won't even honor a partial credit or replacement.
