Update - the company sent me another one and it must be user error because I still can't figure it out but they have an e incredibly fast -Mail sent to help solve the problem. I've decided on a different collar, but I'm sure this collar will work if you take the extra time to set it up (and potentially has a lot of additional features). I can figure out how to change the level settings and what seems to be shock and vibration on/off but it either doesn't work (vibration or shock) or I have a complete misunderstanding with the settings and it's terribly difficult to understand. In any case, this collar doesn't suit us and we'll probably be back soon. I will say charging is easy and I love the adjustable neck strap.
