I often feed my 1 year old mastiff a few scoops at half a can of this food mixed with dry food. She loves the smell of wet food. If you do your research on dog food you will find that it is not the best dog food but good enough for the price. There are many "cheap" foods that are so full of fillers and frankly bad ingredients that they are anything but "cheap". This is probably pretty reasonable for what you're getting. I have a monthly subscription; As I said, I mix it with other (dry) food.
