Review on Loew Cornell 390 Multi Brush Organizer by Sasha Hsiao

I think this is a good brush holder. I like how easy it is to spin (there are no rubber feet on the bottom) but wish it had a lazier Susan spinning mechanism. Not one that spins easily, but maybe one that "clicks" a bit when spinning, so it stays the way you want it to spin. If you want another section to face you, clicking on it with a couple of clicks will be enough, but it should be easy enough to do with one finger. Am I wanting too much? There's plenty of room for brushes here - the holes are big enough for all my brushes, and some of the holes can hold two or three brushes at a time. It easily fits my largest brushes which is great. The top is too far from the bottom to accommodate some of my shorter brushes. Ideally, the center should be the same height as it is now, and as you approach the edge, the holder will slope down. Am I thinking about it too much? It doesn't hold together on its own, which is driving me insane. I had a habit of lifting the holder by the top level and the whole thing fell apart which made my little dogs think the world would fall apart with so many brushes falling from the sky. I added some glue and now everything is holding up great and the dogs are a lot happier. The acrylic material it is made of is very easy to clean. I like to store brushes upside down so I can find the right brush instantly. I'm looking - it saves me a lot of time hanging them the right way up - even if I use a bit of nail polish at the end of each brush to help identify, it's a lot easier to hold them upside down. I currently use a binder clip to attach my dryer brushes to my lamp arm, but I'd like to find a better solution. This is not the case - if you place wet brushes in this holder, the water will drip from the bristles into the holder. Then the glue dissolves and the bristles come out - and the clip rusts. This drastically reduces the life of the brush, which can sometimes be VERY expensive. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. However, i love this brush holder. It serves its purpose and doesn't take up much space. If I could find one with the features mentioned there, where the brush somehow clips in (so you can store it bristles up or down), I'd be in heaven. For real. That should do the trick for now - and when I find the one I need, it'll make a great crayon holder. It holds many instruments flawlessly.
