I bought this backpack for my new work laptop which is larger (over 15 inches). First, the bag looks great, but there are some flaws. My laptop fits in well, but with the power cord and other accessories, there's not much room left. This is a subtle design. I would appreciate a water bottle pocket and a sliding panel on the back to attach a carry-on handle. He doesn't have either. The straps are fairly light and don't have much adjustment. I'm quite short so it would be nice if I could shorten the straps. If your computer is heavy and you carry a lot of things I wouldn't expect these straps to last long. So far I haven't had any problems, but I wouldn't insist. The final issue is that the front zippered pockets have a nice flap design that looks great but kind of hurts getting things in and out. I don't want to put things in these bags because opening them is really annoying. Overall, for the price, this is a good bag that will fit a large laptop - great for those days when you don't need to take half your office with you.
