Review on S-ZONE Vintage Genuine Leather Tote Shoulder Bag Handbag 2.0: Upgraded Large Capacity and Timeless Style by Katherine Treadwell

I've loved this bag for exactly two months and of course the return window closed after a month. Today the strap tore a huge hole in the top of the bag (see photo). I never came close to filling it up and didn't carry anything very heavy because I was afraid of it, but it didn't matter. Bags must last longer than two months. I am very sad. UPDATE: I was offered a new bag after leaving a one star review and posting a photo of my damaged bag. I've also been told that rain makes the bag a little less durable and my first bag got a little wet the day it broke. I look forward to my new bag and am very happy with the customer service I received.
