I LOVE this mattress. I have had 2 Sleep Innovations mattresses for my children to sleep on for over 9 years. I ordered these for myself when it came time to get a new mattress. It's firm, if you like a firm mattress you'll love this one. But it's so hard it's uncomfortable. Your body is propped up in areas where support is needed while other parts fall right where everything seems to be aligned. Lying in bed with someone is also not a problem. They won't be disturbed if they're speeding or flipping over. In my opinion the absolute best mattress. Make sure you put a waterproof case on it. Because the foam mattress does not forgive liquids if you have small ones. Delivery: It must be delivered in a box. When you took it out it was rolled up and wrapped in plastic which was vacuum sealed. just great. I felt like a kid opening it. When you open the plastic it starts to rise. Lay down and let it sit for a day or so. I did it, but I shouldn't have done it. Within 5 minutes it was firm and fully adjusted to the queen's size and height. In less than 6 months this mattress will sag in places. It's not the same quality as the other 2 I have. I've had them for 10 years and they're still going strong! This lost its hardness in less than 6 months. I have contacted the company to notify them. I ask for an exchange of goods. Maybe it was a bad release from the factory or something. You will not. This mattress quality is no longer good after a few months. Don't waste money.
