Box chains (like this one) are really good. This is very beautiful and versatile. It's also very shiny. It's small enough to be beautiful and graceful, but large enough to hold a relatively heavy pendant. I don't know if I would have given it away on my own. This is a good gift for yourself or someone else paired with the pendant. If I were giving it to someone else I would consider a slightly modernized case. The one that comes with it is usable, but not exactly impressive.
- Hypoallergenic and therefore suitable for people with sensitive skin.
- The chain can be difficult to repair if it breaks or becomes damaged.
