Does absolutely nothing for me. I got a medium and it is so tight around the waistband that you can barely get it on. To wear it you have to pulk them all the way to your breasts or else the tight waste band cuts into your stomach creating rolls, exactly what is suppose to be helping you avoid. So once i got it on and up my whole body pretty much, the band is so uncomfortable. The rest feels nice but holds in barley anything. Its too lose everywhere else to even help. Mind you i am not a small girl. I always buy medium in skinny tops though so they hold in more. This one just does not do anything for me, it actually creates more of a problem
