These rubbers do what they are intended to do. First, they are flavored, you don't feel the taste. If your teeth aren't moving as quickly as they do when you change aligners, these rubbers help a lot by pressing the aligner against your tooth and giving it that extra push it needs to move. I also enjoyed chewing them for a day or two. so after I changed my trays. Sure, my teeth hurt, but that seemed to decrease the time it took my teeth to adjust to the new aligners.
