I love how easy this web tool makes putting my thoughts about different issues out into a writing format (whether it be long form journaling on my own personal blog site or something more formal like a business memo). This allows me to have quick yet thorough access to information when needed. There are only so many options available at one time in the "writing" view. If I need even just couple extra fields it takes longer in terms of clicking around until things pop up where I am able to choose the additional field or button item that fits what I want exactly. For example - creating something such as a survey which needs much more items than simply text would require some scrolling through screens that aren't very intuitively organized. However once the right option has been found there are tons of choices to pick among allowing me to create a survey easily without having to constantly click back-and-forth figuring out all the individual elements one by one - making sure I've selected the exact ones I need for my current work flow at any given point in time. The ability to use this website for writing projects allows me quick access and organization of notes/ideas that I may not otherwise find the time to write down myself but This tool is very helpful in managing our work. It allows us to create documents that are easy to edit and share. The interface is intuitive and it is easy to use. I dislike that it is not available in Spanish. I recommend this product because it has helped me improve my productivity and efficiency. We use it daily to manage our projects.
