Received last week. It's more of a 4.5 star hotel, just a slight deduction for the smell. Delivery - Came when they said it would actually be a little earlier2. Installation - Take the sofa out of the box and move it to where you want it, no need to put up legs or anything, it was ready to come out of the box3. Take a look - it has a shabby look which I like, lots of character and texture4. The color is the same as on my screen, unsurprisingly I was afraid it would be darker but it isn't. 5. Softness/Comfort. I fell asleep in it, it's really durable yet soft and comfortable so it definitely passed my comfort test. Smell - it has a slight odor, not terrible but light, like mink oil. I have a sensitive nose, so that's what I smell when I walk into a room. I can confirm that it leaves no odor on your clothes. I hope this goes away after a while. New furniture still smells.
