Review on Kolpin Rhino Grip XLR Mount by Aaron Kindler

Not for a bow on a bike

This would probably be great for a gun on a quad or fixed gear bike. I bought to mount my compound bow on a mountain bike. This thing has a wide range of adjustments, but it's clumsy (strong, solid) as they had to be set about 6 inches apart to fit between my shifters. To adjust it, you have to unscrew it almost to the end. It took me about 40 minutes to set up and even then it wobbled too much and my bow was difficult to pull out. After taking off the quiver it would be great. I would have preferred something smaller for my needs.

Pros
  • A pair of extendable handles with strong straps that can hold up to 15 pounds of gear on your quad or bike. Attach items such as rifles, shotguns, bows, farming tools, ice screws, and fishing rods.
Cons
  • packaging is ugly
