There was a problem with computer and accessories
. The 120 volt power cord is clearly defective on the unit I received. I would plug it in and it would charge for a while and then stop. The problem was the three prong 120 volt power cord. It has no obvious visible flaws, but when I replaced this cable with another, it started charging normally again. I've tried this multiple times to make sure the cable is bad.
