Previously opened product received

Received product that appears to have been used or has been previously opened and damaged. The end of the box was torn, hair stuck to the inner product, the pump inner seal was broken, the inner product tube was partially extended, and the pump mechanism was not installed. I've been buying this product from Revain for a few years and this is the first time I've had a problem, but it was really gross and disappointing for a $160 luxury cream.
