Doesn't work reliably on any device under iOS 14!

This device is not reliable on many platforms including iOS 14 iPhone 11 iPad Pro iPhone 8 does not work reliably with anything. It seems to work and then it doesn't work, disconnect and reconnect, sometimes it doesn't show all the files.
