My baby has 2T on his chest at the time of purchase. Fits perfectly, sleeve length is medium, fits perfectly. I deducted 1 star because the plastic zipper often jams in both directions and not because the fabric jams. The zipper is strong but gets stuck every time we zip up in any direction and takes a few tries to get it back in place.
