I was pretty sure this product, like most of its kind, was a gimmick, but I really wanted it to work, so I bought it anyway. I tried to erase all negative thoughts and doubts from my mind and make an honest attempt. I used it 3 times before deciding it was enough. Following the poorly written instructions, as English is obviously not my first language, I massaged the product into my hair for about 5 minutes after each use. It made my hair look heavy and lackluster. I didn't notice that it got softer or more manageable. Just don't buy. This is a waste of money and time.
