Nice big back pillow with headrest

I like to have a pillow to read in bed. This back pillow is definitely bigger than others we've had. There is a small pillow on top that prevents your head from hitting the headboard. In general I liked the pillow. Size and shape are excellent. Although the filling wasn't enough. I had to add a little more to make it support me better.
