I bought this lock because it was the only one that fit the smaller key cutout on my Dell laptops. When I put the lock in the hole for my Dell XPS 15 it goes in with no problem. However, when I put the lock in the hole for my Dell Latitude 3410, the spring-loaded latch doesn't always close. I have to turn the lock until it reaches the point where the latch fully closes to its original position. Then I can lock it. When it comes time to remove the lock, I have to twist it into the right position for it to pop out. I only had this problem on my Dell Latitude. As others have said, the roller wheels for changing numbers are very small and close together. Sometimes it's difficult to try to spin a number without spinning the number next to it.
