First of all, Amazon and sellers are guessing and promoting the wrong SIM card for calls and SMS. I bought 2 different ones, once the first was what the website ever recommended buying when I called to activate speedtalk and told me they no longer support sim. I called Amazon customer service and the lady told me they would send me the correct order number, which she did and I ordered. The second time, Speed Talk said it wouldn't work. This is a waste of time and energy! The battery life is the worst, not even lasting an hour after a full charge. I can't even contact the seller (company name Huawise Kids Smart Watch)👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
