Ideal for broken key heads
I bought this for my 2010 Ford truck key, the top part of the key broke off and it cost 130.00 to get a new one because it contained a transponder. to let my grinder grind it up so it snaps into place. Great inexpensive solution to the problem, now I can hang my key on the keychain.

- I used it for a broken key, I couldn't put a key fob on it
Cons
- Even if the key holder is equipped with a coin compartment for emergencies, this feature is not for everyone. Some people may feel like they're paying too much for something they won't use.
