Avoid at all costs! Bluetooth issues and cheap feet/stands

I love mechanical keyboards so I chose it when I saw this keyboard had good reviews. Well, I didn't know that you can't keep anything connected via Bluetooth. I have to use a cable or it disconnects and refuses to connect to a Bluetooth device. I tried it on Windows 10, macOS, iPhone/iPad and the result is the same; stays connected for a while, then disconnects and refuses to reconnect unless you factory reset it. The switches are ok but the rest of the build is terrible. The legs supporting the keyboard broke by simply removing them to allow it to lift up a bit at the back (circled, the small piece of plastic needed to hold it popped out). The battery lasts from 1 hour to several days, but it all depends on how the device feels at that moment. It determines battery life, not you. The final problem is that the Bluetooth module it contains simply overwrites any other nearby Bluetooth signal. When my keyboard is connected, my phone's Bluetooth doesn't support AirPod Pro connection. As soon as I move away from the keyboard or turn it off, my Bluetooth works fine on my phone and iPad. Finally, if you get that, use it ONLY with the cord to save yourself the headache. I understand macOS Big Sur has some weird Bluetooth issues, but this has been tested on High Sierra and Mojave as well. It's not an Apple issue, it's a Keychron issue. Even if you try to update the firmware as they are told you by support in macOS, you cannot. Your software isn't properly signed to run and says it can't find the keyboard when it's connected by cable and NOT in bluetooth mode. I wish I could return this item, but that's far from the case. Like a regular keyboard it's fine, but save your money and just buy a cheap Logitech/Microsoft keyboard instead of those things. If I had researched online before buying, I would have realized that most of the reviews on here are fake and overstate this company.
