I bought this for my husband to take diabetes medicine and travel 2 hour by plane and another 2-3 hour traveling by car. It worked well and ice pack was still frozen. I can't say how it would be on a longer trip, but for us, for what we traveled, it worked well.
- Did what it was supposed to do, keep meds cool
- Zipper pull is too small for those with limited hand dexterity
