Fleece is not attached, only tightened.
The dog loves it, but just wearing the fleece on a heating pad just doesn't work. He circles himself like dogs and breaks off. I've tried gluing it to the pillow but that doesn't work either and it's already torn where the string goes. Something that fits over the pillow and attaches with velcro or zipper would be much more useful. I was already disappointed in that, and it hadn't even been a week.
