I don't know if the product was packaged by Revain or the supplier. The box was damaged, the item looks used. If a seller is selling a used item or an open box, they may not advertise it as new. Also adding the supplier showed that the cable is not 4K. When I asked the seller if it was a 4K cable, he/she asked me to read the picture on their website. The page does not show a 4K cable. If it's a 4K cable as the packaging suggests, that's great as I was looking for a 4K cable. I kept the item because it was cheap. 6€ and it works. I checked it. I am disappointed that the seller used the bait and switch. New product shown, used sent. For this reason I gave him/her one star.
