I am a customer from outside the United States, and I was thrilled to discover that AUXITO has an online site where one can buy high-quality car lighting accessories in a variety of different styles. My interaction with the store, on the other hand, was ultimately unsatisfactory. In spite of the fact that I opted for the more expensive expedited international shipping option, my package took a lot longer to arrive than I had anticipated, and there was very no communication from AUXITO regarding the situation. After what seemed like an eternity, my order was delivered, however the packing was broken and the goods did not match the description. Language hurdles and responses that were not helpful were encountered whenever someone tried to get in touch with AUXITO's customer support. It was quite evident that they lacked the resources necessary to provide the same degree of care and attention to domestic clients as they did to customers from other countries. My experience with AUXITO's online store as a customer from another country has taught me to exercise extreme caution. Customers who live in countries other than the one in which the company is based will find that the company does not put much thought into the logistics of international shipping and has poor customer support.
