OMG. Where has it been all my life?!? I never knew anything about bruxism, although I went to the dentist in good faith until I switched to the last provider who told me I had a severe case of teeth grinding and clenching. I've always woken up with a slightly pursed mouth, but I didn't pay attention. Well 2 days ago I woke up and found that some of my front teeth are very sensitive when I put my tongue between them. It's almost like I can feel the nerves in my teeth. Oh! Thankfully, that feeling is now gone after using this little device once. It looks like it will cut your mouth because it looks like the plastic can be rough. Fortunately this was not the case. The instructions say it may take a while to get used to your mouth. I loved it the first night! I compared it to those that need to be boiled. Bye. Drop 'em AHWAY, hun-nay and get'chu summa deez! They are easy to use. Wash them as you like right out of the package and put them in your mouth. There are 2 cones in the pack, but you only use one at a time. They plant it over the bottom row of teeth and down. They are directional, so pay attention to which slide is right side up. I had to look at the packaging they came in, but once it's in your mouth it's obvious to you as well which is the right way to go. In any case, you get the point. I'll order a few more of these soon. I'm pretty sure the pack (lot 2) is strong enough to last me probably 6 months or more if used every night. Those joints felt like I had a military defense system on guard while I slept. 🤣🤣🤣
