I tried to contact Armor All before writing this review as I am sure the product I received was not intended to be counterfeit and i wanted to give them a chance to put things right but they don't have a contact me button on their page so i'm forced to share my sadness with all of revain in the hope that they will see my negative review and got in touch to set things right received the armor all 18505 car freshener and air purifier on time but the box looked like it had been opened before and it was sealed with tape, it was very light and although there was some product in of the can it was pretty obvious to me that it was a lot smaller than half ok this is my first time using this product the cans en need to be filled i went to my car started it turned it on turned on the air conditioning once on maximum set the knob to air recirculation and squeeze the lever on the tank. The lever doesn't stay down. Oh god I run in the house, grab some strong duct tape and try to seal the lever by spraying the spray in my car to get as much as possible 1/4 of the product in the can in the car. After trying to lock the lever for about 20 seconds I realize I can't, but it's not really a problem because the can has stopped spraying. 20 second spray is all I have. I went ahead and closed my car door and left the AC and fan on just for a smile. In short, I got in the car the next day and felt nothing. Didn't work a bit. I hope Armor All fixes this by sending me one that actually works. I am not asking for a refund as this is a product I would like to try and use with success, but will not pay again until my first order is correct. Feel free to hit me with Armor All. In general I like your products and I understand that *beep* happens from time to time so I won't blame you if you heal me.
