The email marketing tool is very easy to use, with many features like A/B testing etc that help you get more from your campaigns and make sure they perform well for both B2C as well as B2E customers. It also has good options of integration which makes it easier when sending emails across different channels (Email Marketing Automation). I have used this product in my previous organization where we had around 7-8 employees using this software daily and loved all its aspects -from campaign management through automation including analytics reporting. We were able to measure our ROI by tracking open rate & click rates along other metrics such as engagement levels via survey answers or feedback forms etc.
