I was impressed with the beds, they look like plastic but the construction is very solid. The frame and most of the fasteners are made of metal, resulting in a very solid construction. However, I regret buying the tent. The tension poles used are similar to standard tent poles. The problem with the tent is that the connectors on the poles are plastic. One day my twins' four connecting rods (I have two beds) broke and became unusable. Information about the company's guarantee. Called Delta Support and within 7 minutes replacement poles for both tents were on their way to my house! Excellent and friendly customer service. Edit 5/16/2017: It's been 4 months and I received a set of replacement brackets about 6 weeks after the call in January. I called in March and they said they would send me a second set, after which I asked for a tracking number to make sure the package had or had been delivered before. End of April is coming and there is still no parcel and tracking number, so I'll call you back. I was told they saw the original packages but nothing that was sent afterwards. I asked for the tracking number again to make sure I received the package. They took my number, promised to call back and nothing. I just called again today, now the poles are on standby and they say to call back in a few days or weeks to check on them. Edit 2-6-2018: I got replacement bars. No tracking number, no email or phone notification. They just arrived one day.
