I have had several HP printers over the years. However! This one never made it to the yeast side. The first time the power cord was left unplugged from the printer. So I don't know how good the printer actually was. So I had to pack and send it back. Second ordered, exactly the same problem! Not only did I reject HP, it was a real pain to wrap them up and return 2 printers! And because it was impossible to contact HP, they didn't list phone numbers anywhere, either in their printed materials or on their website.
