Still adapts to vehicles and everyday life
I bought this after being diagnosed with heartburn. I use a small travel block on it as I find the wedge too hard. I'm small (5ft) so I can only get halfway up and be comfortable. I've only been using it for 3 weeks so I'm hoping to get rid of the little pillow over time. A big benefit for me is that it has helped a lot with acid reflux. No more belching in the middle of the night!
