I bought two of these for two Pack n Play units based on the reviews I read - don't trust them. The sheet is quite thin and fits snugly on the Pack n Play mattress. A thick sheet is usually needed to keep the fabric from sticking to the baby's face. However, in this case the sheet is so small that the Pack n Play mattress rises in the middle and forms a kind of mound. One of my packages is worse than the other. One of the Pack n Play games had the mattress crumpled so badly in the middle that I had to remove the sheet for safety. Update - based on seller feedback I think they make sheets specifically for pack n play. What's annoying is that I typed "pack and play" in the search bar and this is one of the ones that popped up. Of course I had to whip out my roulette wheel, but others seem to have bought it to play packs as well. I wouldn't buy this for a boxed game and I would advise the seller to add a disclosure by specifically mentioning it.
